Dear client,
Following the suggestions, inspired by the reference images, we managed to compose a project that meets all the requested conditions. The axis of the proposal is to create a spacious place, flexible in use and oriented to the enjoyment of the beautiful surrounding landscape. It was designed with the qualities of a vacation home, as a place for enjoyment and relaxation, but at the same time with all the comforts of a permanent home.

Lay out
All internal non-structural walls are demolished to generate a new, more flexible and integrated layout.
To promote interior exterior integration, we enlarged the two windows that overlook the living room and the dining room. The demolition is minimal and it is what we consider fair to achieve that feeling of spatial continuity, while avoiding problems with the approval of the project. In this way, reserving the structural integrity and original aesthetics of the building.

Guest bedroom
Given the two proposed options 1: Guest bedroom as a separate and multipurpose room 2: Guest bedroom as part of the living-dining room with the possibility of closing it to offer more privacy. We opted for the second option because we believe that the pursuit of an aesthetic similar to a luxury hotel room deserves more spacious and integrated spaces.
To guarantee the privacy of the guest bedroom, a system of mobile panels is proposed, which are hidden as part of the kitchen lining. When the panels are closed, the guest bedroom is privatized along with its own bathroom with shower.

Kitchen
The kitchen can be integrated into the dining room or it can be closed by means of folding panels that fulfill the function of not showing the kitchen in case of being disorderly, and prevent the passage of odors into the apartment.

Outdoor area
The outdoor area is an integrated space but separated into three uses: greenhouse, conversation area, solarium.
The greenhouse can function as a dining room or living room directly linked to the outside and to the visuals of the city.
The conversation area is covered with a canopy that supports a Venetian awning. It has a fire pit, a linear bench against the balcony.
The solarium sector as an expansion of the bedroom has a Jacuzzi and space for sun beds.

Main bedroom
The bedroom has a walk-in closet with vanity and a compartmentalized bathroom.
Inspired by a luxury hotel room, we integrated the bedroom area with the dressing room and the bathtub, which allows you to enjoy the view of the city.
