Dear Client,
In this design, you can get an open space containing spacious living room and kitchen. I tried to create the space as bright as possible by combining white, wood texture and some royal blue accent color. There is also a main bedroom with walk in closet and wide TV cabinet, which should be enough for your storage needs. The main bedroom also has internal bathroom with bathtub, while there is also another smaller bathroom for guest with shower.
Regarding the guest bedroom, I designed a nook in the corner of the living room that can be easily converted into small guest room. This can nicely host a standard size single bed: 100 x 200 cm. With the combination of folding partition and sliding door system, the guest room can become an enclosed room.
As for the outdoor area, I divide it into 3 main functions: outdoor lounge, Jacuzzi, an outdoor dining area with barbecue.
