The initial idea of the project was to connect the luxurious interior of a hotel room and the warmth of a home. This design has a very practical approach.
Having in mind that the guest comfort is highly important, a guest bedroom will have its own bathroom. The guests will always have their privacy, while at the same time, they won’t be invading yours.
The master room and a master bathroom create a divided unit within the apartment, with a separated entrance.
The master bedroom consists of a walk-in-closet, queen-size bed, makeup dresser and a TV console, and the laundry space can be found both in the master bathroom or next to the apartment entrance.
While the rooms are physically separated, the concept behind uniting other parts of the apartment into a whole, was to achieve the impression of an open-space, without any visual barriers.
In addition to this, if there’s a possibility to replace the double door with a single balcony door, the apartment will appear more spacious.
As an imperative, the terrace has an area suitable for gatherings. Apart from the bar connected to the barbeque, it consists of the sitting area rounding the jacuzzi, making it easy to sunbathe.
Elements of wood, water and the greenery cornering the terrace, create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. In order to achieve the same effect but ensuring privacy, the master bedroom has its own separated part of the terrace. This part resembles an oasis, while keeping the warmth of the bedroom.
With a goal of meeting all requirements, this design represents an optimal solution for having an open space and integrating interior with the exterior.
