Project goals;
To design an apartment to have the look of a hotel apartment. This item was crucial for the visual identity of the apartment, there is of course a functional disposition. The hotel look is achieved with materials, a large selection of wallpapers and accentuating certain details with the help of light in the suspended ceiling. Details in the living room, wallpaper in the hallway and bedroom, the choice of materials in the kitchen are crucial to treat this apartment as a comfortable hotel apartment.
Since this is a holiday apartment that can accommodate guests for the weekend and requires additional space, the living room is designed so that by the sliding panels can be transformed into a separate room and thus gain some privacy without disturbing the functional walkways. The living room should be in close proximity to the dining room and this relationship is solved by sliding panels that do not block the visual view completely but again on the other hand give a certain intimacy.
The private zone of the apartment is separated from this social one but is again quickly connected through a long wardrobe. The long wardrobe you requested is positioned in the heart of the apartment and things inside the wardrobe can be accessed from the hallway as well as from the wardrobe itself.
The main bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. In the corner near the existing pillar there is a space for a washing machine, above it are shelves for washing. It's all separated on the door with a mirror like a small laundry room.
The bedroom, in addition to large wardrobes, also contains a small make-up desk as well as a TV set on a part of the wardrobe.
The small guest bathroom is equipped with basic elements and has access from the hallway.
All the elements you requested on the terrace are placed with logical connections to the content inside the apartment, and the solar house is accessed from the living room, the dining room has access to the dining area on the terrace and the bedroom accesses the private and intimate sunbathing area.
Part of the terrace was left to be covered with small stones, ideal area for your cats. There are small chit-chat areas.
