There are no architectural limitations (weight-bearing columns or walls). All walls can be moved and any modification is possible, except the waste removal pipes. All installations/appliances would also need to be completely replaced, so radical changes are feasible and welcome.
I would like for it to become a small 1-bedroom apartment (2 rooms total), with adequate amount of space for the living room and having a more comfortable bathroom. Moreover, if it were possible to carve out a small storage space/closet, in which to hide a washing machine and a few brooms, it would be really great!
Niches, cyma moldings, false ceilings, smart architecture – anything that helps maximize the available space is extremely desirable and welcome.
The interior design is contemporary, minimal-chic design, yet extremely practical. The “cool” piece of furniture is okay – but only if it serves a specific function and fulfills a specific need, in the exactly right place.
Flooring is parquet in all of the rooms, except the bathroom.
