In the project I tried to comply with all the conditions expressed by the customer.
The apartment has been divided into a living area and a sleeping area where the local bath acts as a filter to the two environments. The new bathroom has been moved from the original to allow release of the wall that comes up from the entrance to the room, the old exhaust is easily accessible should be no problem for any track in the attic. E 'was originally a small closet.
Considering the small size of the apartment and the height of 3.30ml I have tried to exploit the high part of the niches creating container. Above the kitchen is designed an enclosure with sliding panels where it is expected a finish type digital printing to handle the environment, the other adjacent to the bathroom wall is designed to intervene where open containers of various sizes and colors.
In the hallway was planned a niche in adherence to that of the living area that could serve as a container for the bathroom. Even in the sleeping area was expected this kind of solution that allows to furnish a part of the house often anonymous "ceiling" that this proposal becomes a strength.
The living area is designed as a living where we can cook, eat, watch TV and read a book illuminated by the new window. If necessary, the table placed against the wall of the bathroom can be moved to allow for a dinner with friends. The kitchen is designed with modules of 60cm easily achievable even in stores like Ikea, Mondoconvenienza ...
The colors are vibrant and bright living this is played with the contrast between the white and the walls of the kitchen, with the orange color of some furniture but you can enrich the environments with accessories of other colors.
The bathroom is enriched with the choice of a ceramic that creates a mosaic of emotions by the color tones to different decorative texture, the health stark white, a few accessories but quality.
The room although small for a double contains everything you need. The cabinet will have to be made by a carpenter but well worth the investment to recover the space. The bed is a classic right measures that could be replaced with a sofa bed.
The utility room is not in the right room but in this project is a good compromise, aligns with the closet, and thanks to the niche inside allows you to have a proper space for a washing machine in the top rack and a space where to place materials for home and a ladder to get to the various niches.

Nel progetto ho cercato di rispettare tutte le condizione espresse dal committente. L’appartamento è stato suddiviso in una zona giorno ed una zona notte dove il locale bagno fa da filtro ai due ambienti. Il nuovo bagno è stato spostato rispetto all’originario per permettere di liberare la parete che dall’ingresso arriva fino alla camera, il vecchio scarico è facilmente raggiungibile non dovrebbero esserci problemi per una eventuale traccia nel solaio. E’ stato ricavato un piccolo ripostiglio.
Considerando le dimensioni ridotte dell’appartamento e l’altezza di 3.30ml ho cercato di sfruttare la parte alta creando delle nicchie contenitore. Sopra la cucina è stato pensato un vano chiuso con pannelli scorrevoli dove è previsto una finitura tipo stampa digitale per movimentare l’ambiente, l’altra adiacente alla parete del bagno è stata pensata aperta dove intervenire con contenitori di varie dimensioni e colori.
Nel disimpegno è stato prevista una nicchia in aderenza a quella della zona giorno che potrebbe servire come contenitore per il locale bagno. Anche nella zona notte è stata previsto questo tipo di soluzione che permette di arredare una parte della casa spesso anonima “il soffitto” che in questa proposta diventa un punto di forza.
La zona giorno è stata pensata come un living dove possiamo cucinare, mangiare, guardare la tv e leggere un libro illuminati dalla nuova finestra. All’occorrenza il tavolo posto a ridosso della parete del bagno può essere spostato per consentire una cena in compagnia. La cucina è pensata con moduli di 60cm facilmente realizzabile anche nei negozi tipo Ikea, Mondoconvenienza…
I colori di questo living sono vivaci e luminosi si gioca con il contrasto tra il bianco della cucina e delle pareti, con il colore arancione di alcuni arredi ma è possibile arricchire l’ambienti con accessori di altri colori.
Il bagno viene arricchito con la scelta di una ceramica che crea un mosaico di emozioni dai toni di colore alla differente trama decorativa, i sanitari rigidamente bianchi, pochi accessori ma di qualità.
La camera anche se piccola per una matrimoniale contiene tutto il necessario. L’armadio dovrà essere realizzato da una falegnameria ma ne vale l’investimento per recuperare lo spazio. Il letto è un classico di misure giuste che potrebbe essere sostituito con un divano letto.
Il ripostiglio non è nella stanza giusta ma in questo progetto è un giusto compromesso, si allinea con l’armadio e grazie alla nicchia interna permette di avere un giusto spazio per una lavatrice a cestello superiore e uno spazio dove collocare materiali per la casa e una scaletta per poter arrivare alle varie nicchie.
