Description

This design offers two options of the same concept and is based on the basic requirements of the client.
Design A has an entrance hall with built-in closets and is separated from the living room and kitchen by a glass doors. From this hall you can enter the guest toilet through a service room that contains a laundry closet and the central air conditioning system unit. The hallway has an exit to the balcony where a lot of natural light comes from. In this option, the living and dining room create one open space and the kitchen is located in the middle of the apartment, next to the wet area. The sleeping area is separated by a corridor that leads to the master bedroom and the shared children's room. At the end of the corridor a fully equipped bathroom for children and sleep over guests is located. The master bedroom has a walk-through wardrobe from which you can enter the bedroom area and the master bathroom. The room for two small children is very spacious and has two exits to the terrace. So later, when the children grow up, the rooms can be separated by a wall and two separate rooms can be created.
Design B is basically the same as A and the main difference is in the position of the kitchen and dining room. Now the kitchen is located in an open space with a living room and has direct access to daylight and fresh air through the window. The entrance hall is only visually separated from the rest of the space by partition shelves shown in the example without any walls or built-in closets and doors. This design also shows how a shared children's room could be divided and two rooms created.
