The house will be the home of a family with childrens and has to be totally renovate. The desire would be to have 3 bedrooms, the master one with private bathroom, a large living room with dining room, the kitchen with a table for 4 people and a service area with bathroom and laundry with the opportunity of conversion / use as guests room.
