Hi we are going to make a complete refurbishment of our apartment in the heart of Milan. In one of the files attached you will find the “list” of rooms which we need :
1. Master suite with ensuite bathroom and closet
2. Studio / guest room with sofa bed
3. 2 tiny rooms for our kids ( 3 years and 1 year old) . the rooms can be very very small, but we want to split them. Maybe it will be suitable to split a normal size bedroom with some removable walls or glass walls.
4. 2nd bathroom with shower
5. if possible a service bathroom with only small washbasin and wc
The ceilings are 295 cm high, under the beam 267 cm.
In addition storage rooms or spaces, where possible!!
