Description

The main goal of this intervention was to maximize and connect the social area of the house; thus the entry hall was eliminated, the living room switched place with one of the bedrooms, the kitchen was amplified and one large open space was created.
The area previously occupied by the living room was turned into an office/guest bedroom, separated from the living area by one large sliding door.
The circulation space was reduced, and one of the bedrooms (master bedroom) was upgraded with a private bathroom and closet.
The double bedroom (kids bedroom) was designed with a large desk by the window (taking advantage of the natural light) and a nine-modules wardrobe, combining closed modules with open shelves.
Both bathrooms were associated in the same area, next to the kitchen, to minimize the costs of water installations.
