Architectural drawing illustrating internal distribution and surface coverage of proposed furniture, and dimensions.

The main idea

The project have been developed starting from the use of both entrances. The main entrance on the left: here we have a first room dedicated to library or home office or wardrobe (here and in all the project I suggest the use of glass sliding door to let the natural light pass from the windows through the rooms.

The rooms

Then we reach the living area: I studied three different corners such as TV area, reading/relax and fireplace.
Next we have the utility/storage room, very useful and always necessary, and the guest/day toilet.
All the bathrooms have been located near the actual sinks.

The dining room has two entrances, one from the living room (the one you will use for guests for example) and one from the corridor).
All these three rooms dining room, kitchen and guest room will have big glass sliding doors to let the natural light reach the corridor.

The kitchen is comfortable and has its eating corner has requested.

The guest room is simple, and can be used has study/living room if you choose to use a sofa bed instead a double bed: the dimensions are ok.

The master bedroom has a big dedicated area with many functions:
an entrance (near to the living room as much it is possible) with a walk in closet;
a separate closet/wardrobe room with a big window and the possibility to install a big bathtub near the window (drains near the next toilet);
a big bedroom with the chance to put storage or armchairs or makeup cabinet;
a private bathroom divided in two spaces (a washing area, with sink and shower and a toilet area), this division will be very useful. Then the peculiarity of the shower is to be in glass material, as it is diving in the bedroom, and so the natural light from the windows can reach the bathroom.

At the end of the second corridor there is the laundry/toilet. We also have a storage space in the corridor.

Girls area

My project has a core idea to create a "girls area" that can be divided with its own entrance, just closing a door at the end of the corridor. I think that this idea is innovative and can be useful when the girls are older.
I planned two single bedrooms with desks under the window to read and study or create under the natural light.
There is a shared bathroom with the possibility to have the toilet closed, and so the use of sink/shower and toilet at the same time.

At least a cinema/playroom/future living area: a room that grows with the girls and adapts itself .

In the right side of the building I suggest the creations of ceiling windows along the corridor.
