This is my design proposal, combining your needs with my idea. I have chosen a solution with dynamic and modern spaces, synonymous with sophistication and contemporaneity. As soon as we enter, there is a large entrance hall with seating and coat-of-arms for the guests, the next room is a large living room, with a storage room for the fireplace material, in the bottom we have a shared dining room, a glass pane with glass classic and contemporary at the same time). From here begins a corridor where on the left we find the kitchen and the spa also divided by a window like the previous one, so I created separate, but dynamic spaces, if necessary open to the closed occor. The sleeping area is divided as follows: two single rooms (which can also be double) with its private bathroom, the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and bathroom. Finally, although contrary to what you have asked for, I decided to place the guest rooms at the same time as the second exit, making it independent with its bathroom. This will allow those who stay there, to have their own freedom, besides being able to rent it for short periods since the latter is detached from the rest.

Questa è la mia proposta progettuale, che coniuga le vostre esigenze con la mia idea. Ho scelto una soluzione con spazi dinamici e moderni, sinonimo di ricercatezza e contemporaneità. Appena entrati troviamo un grande ingresso con salottino e cappottiera per gli ospiti, la stanza successiva è un grande soggiorno, con un ripostiglio per i materiali per il camino, in fondo abbiamo la sala da pranzo divisa, da una vetrata a vetri quadrati (dal gusto classico e contemporaneo allo stesso tempo). Da qui inizia un corridoio dove sulla sinistra troviamo la cucina e la spa anch'esse divise da una vetrata come quella precedente, così facendo ho creato spazi separati, ma dinamici, all'occorrenza aperti all'occorenza chiusi. La zona notte è divisa così: due camere singole (che possono essere anche matrimoniali) con relativo bagno privato, la camera padronale con cabina armadio e bagno. Infine, anche se contrariamente da quanto richiesto da voi, ho deciso di posizionare la camere degli ospiti in concomitanza della seconda uscita, rendendola indipendente, con il suo bagno. Questo permetterà a chi vi soggiorna, di avere la proprià libertà, oltre a poter affittarla per brevi periodi essendo quest'ultima distaccata dal resto.
