THE “MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA IN PUGLIA - ITALY” PROJECT IS A NEW CONSTRUCTION STARTING FROM ZERO, WITH A MEDITERRANEAN-MODERN STYLE.
THE PROJECT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED ON A SINGLE FLOOR AND IS MADE UP OF TWO LARGE RECTANGULES, THE FIRST ONE IS WHERE THE SOCIAL AREA IS LOCATED (STUDY, LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN) AND THE SECOND RECTANGULE IS THE FAMILY AREA (BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS). THESE TWO LARGE RECTANGULES ARE JOINTED BY A RECTANGLE-SHAPED CORRIDOR AND CONTIGUOUS TO THIS LAUNDRY AREA.
NEXT TO THE SOCIAL AREA IS LOCATED A TERRACE COVERED BY A PERGOLA IN THE SHAPE OF AN ELE, WHICH WORKS AS LIVING AND DINING ROOM. THIS TERRACE HAS CONNECTION THROUGH THE SOCIAL AREA AND THROUGH THE BEDROOMS AREA.
THE SHAPE OF THE BUILDING ALLOWS GOOD LIGHTING AND AN EXCELLENT VIEW TOWARDS THE OUTSIDE, WHICH ALLOWS THE USE OF LARGE WINDOWS.
THE ENTIRE PROJECT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED FOLLOWING THE HELIOTHERMAL AXIS. IN THIS WAY THE BEDROOMS HAVE THE WINDOWS TO THE NORTH. THE LARGE LIVING ROOM HAS WINDOWS TO THE NORTH, WHICH DO NOT REPRESENT PROBLEMS, AND THE WINDOWS THAT ARE FACING SOUTH ARE PROTECTED BY THE PERGOLA.
THE LARGE LIVING AREA HAS A SLIDING DOOR TO SEPARATE THE KITCHEN FROM THE REST OF THE AREA.
IN THE BASEMENT IS LOCATED THE GARAGE FOR THREE CARS. THE ENTIRE BUILDING HAS BEEN RAISED FROM THE CURRENT LEVEL OF THE GROUND, SO THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO EXCAVATE A LOT OF EARTH IN THE BASEMENT AREA.
