La casa è ristrutturata in stile contemporaneo, tendendo un po' all'atemporale, principalmente un gioco di materiali e luci. Ho fatto un bel po' di studi sulla luce e qui sono presentati alcuni dei risultati.
La soluzione proposta è conforme al regolamento edilizio comunale in vigore, secondo cui una camera singola deve essere superiore a 9 mq e una camera doppia superiore a 14 mq. Troverete le spiegazioni di ogni elemento nella sua scheda. I collegamenti completi di riferimento sono nel file excel.
Ci sono due piani di arredo, riguardanti due opzioni principalmente per i bagni. Entrambi sono funzionali, potete scegliere quello che più vi aggrada. Ho realizzato le immagini 3D in entrambe le opzioni in modo che possiate vedere voi stesi, e ho nominato le imagin dei bagni per non confondervi. C'è una terza opzione ancora, quella di unire i due bagni in uno più grande, con lavabo separato e spazio lavanderia ma con una lavanderia esterna già esistente ho pensato che sarebbe stato meglio avere due bagni.
L'intera presentazione può essere trasformata in un libretto, nella sua libreria come libro di progetto della sua casa. Se vi piace, ho altri materiali da condividere.

The house is remodeled in contemporary way, tending a bit to the timeless, just a play of materials and lights. I have done quite an amount of light study and here are presented some of the results.
The solution proposed is in accordance with the municipal building regulations in power, stating that a single bedroom must be more than 9 m² and a double bedroom more than 14m². You will find explanations of each element in its own board. Full reference links are in the excel file.
There are two furniture plans, regarding two options mainly for the bathrooms. Both are functional, you can choose whichever suits you best. I have made the 3D images in both options so you can see for yourself, and I have named the renders of the bathrooms not to get confused. There is a third option though, to join the two bathrooms in a big one, with a separate sink and laundry space but with an external laundry already existing I thought it would be better having two bathrooms.
The whole presentation can be turned into a booklet, into your library as project book of your house. If you enjoy it, I have more materials to share.
