I would like to get a renovation of the attic, opening the right side door to providing a full breadth of the attic and creating a terrace. In the plan that I enclose we had permission to build just the right side, while the request involved both openings.
We would like to create in the pool area cinema, without building walls. On the left side of the roof we would like to have skylight windows.
The attic, as planned, will be connected with the lower floor by a spiral staircase.
I’d like to get to refurbishment of a mansard, opening the right side planning to window-door for the entire length of the mansard and making a terrace.
In the floor plan, in the annex, we had the authorization to realize only the right side, while the request was for Both Sides.
