Le richieste della committenza prevedono la realizzazione di un area home cinema senza la costruzione di pareti, e che sia collegato al sottostante livello mediante scala a chiocciola.
Trattandosi questa di una mansarda, ha come vincolo dimensionale un altezza variabile.
Questa ci ha spinti a riflettere su come poter sfruttare tutta l’Area anche li dove l’altezza rastremava il metro.
Per fare ciò ci si è ispirati ad una soluzione in cui non è solo l’utilizzo di un divano conformare le sedute, ma che sia l’intera area una grande seduta .
Cosi prende forma un grande sofà (di circa 8 mq) , a due profondità (seduti e sdraiati), realizzato mediante una sotto struttura di legno, finita in cartongesso (vedi sezione C-C’) su cui vengono poggiati dei comodi cuscini modulari producibili in tappezzeria o acquistabili presso store di arredamento.
Il disegno è completato da una videoteca/libreria realizzata con i medesimi materiali.
Successivo step è stato integrare il sistema di illuminazione ed audio con il disegno generale.
Infatti come ogni home theatre vuole, è stato predisposto un sistema dolby surround integrato nelle opere in carton gesso, con diffusori audio collocati, al disotto della tv, tra i due lucernai ed alle spalle degli spettatori, cosi da essere avvolti dal suono e dagli effetti speciali che i moderni impianti riproducono.
Stesso sistema è stato adoperato per l’illuminazione.
Questa tutta a led prevede dei faretti ad incasso a soffitto e una striscia di led che rimarca l’area della pedana, staccata da terra. (vedi tavola illuminazione)
Per quanto riguarda l’illuminazione naturale, si è scelto di adoperare due lucernai tipo velux night and day, che oltre all’ampia superficie trasparente, prevedono un sistema di tenda regolabile atta a schermare i raggi solari li dove dovesse servire.
Anche se non richiesto dalla committenza, è sembrato giusto dare anche un idea per l’area esterna.
Questa accessibile mediante ampia vetrata, potrebbe essere caratterizzata da una pavimentazione in cotto gradevole visivamente e della alta durabilità.
La schermatura dai raggi solari potrebbe avvenire mediante un sistema di tendaggi amovibili, e quindi esenti da ogni autorizzazione.
Si potrebbe inoltre immagginare la collocazione li dove fosse possibile di una cucina per esterni, cosi da evitare il Sali e scendi dalla scala a chiocciola li dove si volesse optare per un pranzo/cena in terrazza.

The customer requirements include the creation of an area home cinema without building walls, and is connected to the underlying layer by spiral staircase.

This prompted us to reflect on how to take advantage of all the area also there where the height rastremava the meter.
To do this we are inspired to a solution in which it is not only the use of a sofa align the sessions, but that it is the entire area of a large sitting.
Thus taking shape a large sofa (about 8 square meters), in two depths (sitting and lying down), realized by a sub structure of wood, finished gypsum board (see section C-C ') on which they are resting of comfortable pillows modular producible in upholstery or purchased at furniture store.
The design is complemented by a library / bookcase made of the same materials.
Next step was to integrate the lighting and audio with the overall design.
In fact, like any home theater wants, it has set up a surround sound system integrated in the works with Papier Mache, with audio speakers placed, below the TV, between the two skylights and behind the spectators, so as to be enveloped in sound and effects Special modern plants reproduce.
Same system was used for the illumination.
This all led to plans of recessed spotlights in the ceiling and a strip of LEDs that emphasizes the area of the platform, off the ground. (See table lighting)
As for the natural lighting, it was decided to use two Velux skylights type night and day, in addition to the wide transparent surface, providing for a system of adjustable awning designed to shield the sunlight where they were to serve.
The interior fittings are all clear, an oak flooring will cover the area of home cinema, while the walls and ceiling will be treated by white enamel, so as to increase the brightness and therefore the attractiveness of the environment.
Although not required by the client, it seemed fair to give even an idea for the outdoor area.
This accessible through large windows, could be characterized by a brick floor visually pleasing and high durability.
The shielding from sunlight could take place through a system of curtains, removable, and therefore exempt from any authorization.
