The designs we make focus on using materials that last a long time (more than 20 years) and minimal maintenance.
for building exteriors, we use natural stone on the facades, for floors we use polished concrete which is easy to clean and durable, in the non-buildable H zone, we create a garden that is accessible to all apartments, and becomes a gathering place,
For the bioclimatic house, we don't make it on each floor, but only on the ground floor, so that the plants used are not only potted plants, but also larger size plants, and each floor can access it with an outdoor porch.
