The proposed project has as its mix atmosphere between warm and cool yet welcoming living area in luxurious style which bring nature inside building. The open layout concept with wide garden view is reached right after entering apartment and the barrier elimination to the exterior is dissolved with glass sliding door. This building consists 6 apartments. The elevator core is covered with brick wall that is circled with hanging stairs which is exposed from the outside. Bioclimatic greenhouse in every apartment is in the terrace/balcony that can be seen as a continuous curtain wall from the garden. Two apartments in the ground floor will own the private patio with the spacious garden. The shades chosen to recall warm and neutral colors so that they can be customized through fabrics and furnishing accessories.
