- Bathroom and kitchen located on existing plumbing wall.
- Minipool is recessed about 30cm.
- Bedroom and living area seperated by "fireplace/tv wooden seperator wall". Two TV's could placed.
- I add some wooden sliding door features as an optional. You'll see on bathroom and between the bedroom&living.
- Kitchen has 3x 60cm cabinet and 2x 45cm cabinet, which is designed to be suitable for hob, minifridge, dishwasher, storage.
- Bedroom has 180x200 bed (even bigger size will fit). Two seperate wardrobes in 137cm width with hidden lights.
- Ceiling lowered by 15cm to make room for hidden led strip lights on bathroom, bedroom and living-kitchen.
- Tile-flooring (120x60) preferred on all areas, because of the wear resistance of it and climate conditions.
- Outdoors could be tile floor with wooden essence. Tiles from Ceramica Sant'Agostino - Primewood series.
