Il progetto è stato sviluppato con l'obbiettivo di rispondere pienamente ai desideri del cliente che ben si manifestano nel titolo del contest: "luxury family house". Una casa per una giovane famiglia, una casa sicuramente importante e di rappresentanza, ma flessibile allo stesso tempo, ambienti raffinati e di design con eleganti finiture e materiali.
Un progetto stimolante che potrà essere ulteriormente affinato nei particolari e seguito in fase di realizzazione se il cliente ne avesse la volontà, dato che l'architetto è della stessa zona e dietro accordi, sarebbe felice di farlo.
Dall'atrio d'ingresso caratterizzato dalla presenza di grandi pareti specchiate, elementi attaccapanni cromati ed una parete di fondo scenografica interamente coperta da un'immagine d'arte contemporanea rappresentante la città, si accede all'area di rappresentanza, una sala in cui è stata collocata una zona divani e dove sarà possibile isolarsi dal resto della casa e ricevere visite anche per affari o lavoro.
Uno spazio flessibile che mediante l'apertura delle porte diventerà un tutt'uno con il resto dell'area living, uno spazio che potrà restare isolato dalla zona delle stanze da letto, uno spazio che all'occorrenza potrà essere totalmente chiuso al resto della casa preservandone la privacy ma comunque permettendo l'accesso al bagno.
Dalla zona di rappresentanza della sala divani si accede alla parte della casa che si immagina destinata alla cucina ed al pranzo.
Qui si potrà cucinare, pranzare in compagnia di amici o con la famiglia al gran completo comodamente e in più di quindici persone.
Tutto ciò è molto importante per il cliente ed è per questo motivo che si è destinata la sala più grande della casa a queste funzioni. Questo tipo di disposizione ci è sembrato più logico, funzionale e ben equilibrato rispetto alle gerarchie degli spazi della casa.
Una grande parete è stata attrezzata con una lunga serie di contenitori a colonna a tutta altezza con ante a scomparsa e capaci di contenere tutto al loro interno: dal frigo al forno sino a piani attrezzati che con un semplice movimento possono essere comodamente celati alla vista del soggiorno.
Una lunga e grande isola anch'essa attrezzata accostata ad un grande tavolo capace di ospitare comodamente anche 15 persone è il fulcro principale dalla sala.
Attorno ad essa, scaldati dal calore della fiamma del camino a bioetanolo installabile senza canna fumaria, si potrà cucinare nella quotidianità o insieme agli amici, far mangiare i bimbi nei loro seggioloni o organizzare un brunch domenicale.
Salendo la scala a fine della sala e percorrendo la lunga passerella sospesa vetrata caratterizzata dalla riproduzione sul muro di una famosa "gauches" napoletana si potrà salire alla sala "home theater" completamente insonorizzata per gustarsi un film, guardare la partita o giocare alla Playstation con gli amici.
Oppure si potrà accedere ad un piccolo studiolo vetrato, sospeso sul living sottostante. Questo sarà un piccolo locale dove poter sbrigare qualche piccola pratica o rilassarsi escludendosi dal resto.
Dal living si accede al corridoio che serve la zona notte dell'abitazione.
Tutta l'area è stata divisa in tre parti: le stanze padronali, quelle dedicate ai figli e la zona per la governante.
La distribuzione interna è stata fatta destinando i locali posti al piano inferiore a tutte le attività accessorie mentre il piano soppalchi è stato destinato alla zona letto.
La stanza padronale è caratterizzata al piano inferiore da una stanza guardaroba con accesso al bagno privato e dalla presenza di una scala di accesso alla zona letto del soppalco sovrastante. Il ricamo di una delicata ed elegante parete realizzata con mattoni in ceramica bianca impreziosisce la testata del letto ed allo stesso tempo protegge da eventuali cadute dei bimbi al piano sottostante. Lo stesso criterio di altezza per le ringhiere è stato utilizzato anche nelle altre stanze in modo da ridurre el minimo pericolosi incidenti ai piccoli bambini.
I percorsi dalla stanza verso le altre zone della casa sono stati ottimizzati mediante la creazione di due porte: la prima permette di scendere direttamente in cucina dal living, la seconda invece da un accesso immediato alla zona letto della stanza dei bambini in modo da poter essere subito vicini all'occorrenza.
I bambini avranno una grandissima zona destinata al gioco contornata da mobili contenitori da realizzare su disegno in cui riporre le cose ed i giocattoli più svariati. Attigua ad essa una stanza dedicata allo studio per quando andranno a scuola dotata di librerie e scrivania con tre postazioni. Superiormente invece la zona letto pensata con letti semi-elevati a baldacchino della Flexa che saranno piacevolmente caratterizzati in base ai gusti dei bambini, cassettiere ed un mobile contenitore anch'esso di falegnameria su disegno. Da questa stanza si potrà accedere al vicino locale dedicato a cabina armadio per i bambini.
Affiancata alla stanza dei bambini c'è la stanza della governante che quindi potrà anche essa stare a contatto dei bambini nel caso potesse servire. Anche questa è stata distribuita con una zona relax al piano inferiore ed un bagno e zona letto al piano superiore.
Tutti i bagni della casa sono stati posizionati strategicamente per meglio servire tutte le esigenze familiari contemporaneamente. All'interno dei bagni principali è stato inserito sempre un doppio lavandino e sia doccia che vasca da bagno.
il progetto prevede anche la realizzazione di un locale dedicato alla lavanderia con accesso alla passerella e di un grande ripostiglio all'ingresso dove poter stipare parecchio materiale.
Tutti gli arredi contenitivi della casa sono stati immaginati con l'intento di "celare" facilmente al loro interno la gran quantità di "roba" che puntualmente, purtroppo, si accumula inesorabilmente in ogni casa sino a invaderla...

La casa è stata soppalcata per il 40% della superficie interna e mantenendosi con la distanza minima di 1,5 metri dalle finestre.

La distribuzione interna delle stanze dei bimbi è stata progettata già prevedendo la futura trasformazione in tre stanze singole.
Questa potrà essere realizzata mediante semplici lavori per la realizzazione delle pareti divisorie interne, così come si potrà facilmente constatare dai grafici di progetto.

From the entrance hall featuring large mirrored walls, chrome-plated hanging elements and a scenic background wall entirely covered by a contemporary art image representing the city, access to the representation area, a hall where it is A sofa area has been set up and where it is possible to isolate itself from the rest of the house and receive visits also for business or work.
A flexible space that by opening the doors will become one with the rest of the living area, a space that can remain isolated from the area of ​​the bedrooms, a space that may be completely closed to the rest of the house Or for preserving privacy but still allowing access to the bathroom.
From the lounge area of ​​the sofa room you access the part of the house that you imagine intended for the kitchen and the lunch.
Here you can cook, dine in the company of friends or with the family to the fullest comfortably and in more than fifteen people. All this is very important for the customer and that is why the largest room in the house is destined for these functions. This kind of arrangement seemed more logical, functional, and well balanced than the hierarchies of home spaces.
A large wall has been equipped with a long series of full height columns with retractable doors and able to hold everything inside them: from the fridge to the oven to the equipped floors that can be easily concealed with a simple movement to the view of the living room.
A long and large island also equipped next to a large table capable of comfortably accommodating even 15 people is the main hub from the hall. Around it heated by the heat of the flame of the chimney can be installed without a chimney, you can cook in the daily life or with friends, eat the kids in their high chairs or organize a Sunday brunch.
By climbing the stairs to the end of the hall and going through the long suspended gangway featuring reproduction on the wall of a famous Neapolitan "gauches" you can go up to the fully soundproofed home theater room to enjoy a movie, watch the game or play the Playstation with friends.
Or you will be able to access a small windowed studio, suspended from the living underneath. This will be a small place where you can take some small practice or relax without being excluded from the rest.
From living, you enter the hallway that serves the sleeping area of ​​the living room.
The entire area was divided into three parts: the master bedrooms, the children's rooms and the area for the housekeeper.
The internal distribution was made by allocating the rooms downstairs to all the ancillary activities while the loft floor was allocated to the sleeping area.
The master bedroom is characterized by the lower floor of a wardrobe room with access to the private bathroom and the presence of a staircase access to the sleeping area of ​​the mezzanine above. The embroidery of a delicate and elegant wall made of white ceramic bricks embellishes the head of the bed and at the same time protects against any falls of children on the floor below. The same height criterion for the railings has also been used in other rooms in order to minimize dangerous accidents to small children.
The paths from the room to the other areas of the house have been optimized by creating two doors: the first allows you to go directly to the kitchen by living, the second instead of immediate access to the bed area of ​​the children's room so you can be Immediately close to the occasion.
The children will have a very large area designed for the game surrounded by container furniture to be made on a drawing where they store things and the most varied toys. She attends a room dedicated to the study for when they go to school with bookshelves and desks with three workstations. Above all, the sleeping area designed with semi-raised canopy beds of the Flexa will be pleasantly characterized by the tastes of the children, drawers and a cabinet also made of carpentry by design. From this room you will be able to access the local closet dedicated to children's cabinet.
Next to the children's room is the room of the housekeeper room, which can then also be in contact with the children if they can serve. This was also distributed with a relaxing downstairs area and a bathroom and sleeping area upstairs. All the bathrooms at the house were strategically positioned to serve all family needs at the same time. Inside the main bathrooms, there was always a double sink and shower and bathtub. The project also includes the construction of a laundry room with access to the catwalk and a large storage room at the entrance where you can cram some material All of the house's decorative furnishings have been imagined with the intent of "concealing" easily within them the great amount of "stuff" that, unfortunately, unavoidably accumulates in every house until it invades it ... The internal distribution of the children's rooms has been planned already foreseeing the future transformation into three single rooms.
