The main objective with this design is to get the most out of the space, generating as many comfortable and spacious rooms as possible (more rooms generate higher profits than bigger and more expensive rooms)

I have created a design with modern and elegant line, but using the noble materials of the area.

As required, the structure has been maintained; creating flexible spaces that can be adapted according to the client's taste (if a reception is needed, it is available, but if not, it would be more space for the office)

In the kitchen a double height has been raised in the ceiling to generate an impressive and very ventilated space.

The bathrooms next to the staircase (ground and first floor) ventilate with a mechanical ventilation system with extractors through a duct that reaches the roof.
