Carefully note that public spaces should be at the center of the plan and equally accessible to all rooms and Also, the sea view that you and we were considering, it seemed better to have the living and breakfast space in the current position in the plan, which is both central in terms of access and sea view and terrace.
Also, the laptop table was considered in this area due to its proximity to the main stairs and sufficient aristocracy to all spaces.
We kept the width of the corridor and a number of walls in the current condition in order to have the least destruction and to save time and cost of execution. In order to optimize the facilities and plumbing, we tried to include the sanitary services back to back in the design.
