The design proposal seeks to make the most of the current space and transform it into a cozy and very comfortable B&B. The main criteria for the development of the proposal were functionality, guest comfort, and compliance with regulations.
The staircase on the right side became the main access, a generous space is left as an arrival so that guests have the feeling of spaciousness and comfort from the first impression, here is the forntdesk and a space that can be used as a room seating or table space as needed, either option gives the newly arrived guest the ability to wait seated while their room is ready.
The project has 5 rooms, 3 triple rooms (a double bed + a single bed) and 2 double rooms (a double bed), all rooms have the same amenities, private bathroom, closet and TV cabinet, they also have a private balcony except for bedroom 3.
The second staircase located on the left, is left as a service access for employees and supplies, it reaches directly to the service area, consisting of the kitchen, a bathroom for employees, a linen closet and a pantry.
In the center of the floor, there is the common area for breakfast, this has a space for the buffet furniture, an area of ​​tables and a balcony overlooking the sea in which some tables or armchairs can also be located to appreciate the view and rest.
