We want to devide the property and create a luxurious beauty centre and a small (two-room) medical clinic dedicated to beauty, nutrition and rehabilitation. We are looking for interior design solutions that are 1. compatible with legal norms for health and beauty centres 2. create a luxurious and relaxing ambient without important demolitions in the structure. (These operation won’t be easily permitted). The property is about 200sq m and is in the city centre of Gorizia.
It’s a first floor and we will receive it with no furniture. The property has been renovated in 2009 and has never been used ever since. The building is extremely elegant and stylish and is inside a protected area in a historic building from the 1900.The beauty centre should have 2 cabins for manicure, 2 cabins for pedicure (a single area divided in 4 spaces), 2 massage cabins, 1 cabin for medical easthetics, a reception area with a social zone (maybe with a “We Are Social” sign?) and a baby friendly area.
As mentioned above, the apartment will be divided in two parts (there are already two entrances) and in the second section we will organize a medical clinic in cui different physicians will change turns. There will be a single reception desk for both sections.
On the terrace that faces Corso Verdi, we would like to organize cocktail parties for our clients. Please find attached (Bozza2) a possible example (feel free to change it based on your creativity).
