The goal of the project is to optimize the spaces of a small flat in order to gain a comfortable and functional apartment.
With this purpose, the hallway connecting the bathroom and the rooms was removed and the night area (bathroom, bedroom and studio) enlarged. All the rooms are connected with the living area through white laminated sliding doors in order not to need space for the doors openings.
The living area is an open space including a functional kitchen area with a bar counter, and a living room with sofa and armchair for up to five people. The terrace was redesigned with wood finishings, outdoor furnishings and vegetation.
The design of the apartment is inspired by a modern, refined style with a strong character.

Il principale obiettivo del progetto è l’ottimizzazione degli spazi per ottenere un appartamento funzionale e completo di tutti i comfort nonostante le dimensioni ridotte. Per questo, il disimpegno della zona notte è stato eliminato per poter ampliare gli ambienti (bagno, camera e studio). Tutti gli ambienti sono messi in comunicazione con la zona giorno attraverso porte scorrevoli in laminato bianco, per non sacrificare spazio per l’apertura di porte a anta.
La zona giorno è un open space con una cucina dotata di una penisola-bar e un soggiorno che può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Il terrazzo è stato ridisegnato con finiture in legno teak, arredi da esterni e vegetazione. L’intero progetto è ispirato a uno stile moderno e raffinato dal carattere deciso.
