Gentile Committente, seguendo le sue richieste, e tenendo conto degli spazi non molto grandi, ho pensato di progettare un unico ambiente giorno, open-space, con l’eliminazione del vano cucina e lavanderia e la creazione di tre zone identificabili visivamente da cornici e da controsoffitti ; un angolo bar all’ingresso, l’area relax al centro e la zona cucina a diretto contatto con la veranda. La distribuzione della zona notte è rimasta inalterata ma ho rivisto le dimensioni degli ambienti , riducendo il disimpegno e il bagno e dando maggiore spazio all’attuale cameretta. La scelta degli arredi , concentrata su mobili trasformabili e a scomparsa, offre soluzioni versatili per ambienti minimali ; nella cameretta ho previsto un letto a castello a scomparsa con scrivania integrata sul frontale, disponibile anche nel modello con letto singolo, che da chiuso offre una postazione home-office, ma che all'occorrenza si può aprire e trasformare in postazione notte per uno o due posti letto, a seconda della scelta. Il bagno è stato ripensato totalmente, optando per una distribuzione più bella e razionale, con l’ eliminazione della vasca e del bidet e l’installazione di un nuovo sistema di wc integrato ad un sedile con bidet incorporato, una bella doccia con box in cristallo e un lavabo con piano. La camera da letto ha mantenuto la distribuzione originaria. Considerando la sua richiesta di una cucina piccola ma moderna e funzionale, ho proposto una cucina monoblocco a scomparsa prodotta da Snaidero, estremamente funzionale e dotata di tutti i comfort, che occupa uno spazio minimo e che da chiusa appare come un mobile d’arredo. La lavanderia è stata spostata nella veranda, dove occupa un piccolo spazio di un’area all’aperto che può essere attrezzata con divanetti . La scelta dei materiali e degli arredi risponde ad uno stile moderno ed elegante , il pavimento in gres porcellanato levigato , il bancone bar luminoso, le cornici che circondano la zona relax con l’illuminazione indiretta, le pareti bianche, la lampada ad arco creano un atmosfera suggestiva nelle ore serali e luminosa di giorno. E’ previsto inoltre un impianto ad aria condizionata mutisplit a sistema inverter che prevede tre unità interne, una per ogni ambiente, collegate ad una macchina esterna posta in veranda.

The distribution of the sleeping area remains unchanged but I have reviewed the size of the rooms, reducing the hallway and the bathroom to give more space to the small room. The choice of furniture, focused on convertible furniture and retractable, offers versatile solutions to minimal environments; In the small room I have proposed a bunk bed retractable with integrated desk on the front , also available in the model with a single bed , which when closed offers a home- office desk, but if necessary you can open and transform into sleeping place for one or two beds, depending on your choice. The bathroom has been totally rethought, opting for a more beautiful and rational distribution, with the elimination of the bathtub and bidet and the installation of a new integrated system to a toilet seat with integrated bidet, a shower with crystal box and a wash basin with a plan. The bedroom has maintained the original distribution. Considering his request for a small but modern and functional kitchen , I proposed a monobloc kitchen retractable produced by Snaidero, extremely functional and equipped with all the comforts, which occupies minimal space, that when folded appears as a mobile piece of furniture. The laundry room was moved in the porch, where it occupies a small space of an outdoor area that can be equipped with sofas. The choice of materials and furnishings meets the contemporary style and elegant , the floor in polished porcelain tiles, the counter bright bar, the frames surrounding the relaxation area with indirect lighting, the white walls, the arc lamp, creates a charming atmosphere in the evenings and bright effect in day. It 'also provided a plant for air conditioning multisplit inverter that includes three indoor units, one for each zone, connected to an external machine on the verandah.
