Briefing

Gentili progettisti, ho deciso di trasformare questo palazzotto in una attività di piccolo albergo.
Il concept prevede la realizzazione di 7 suite, con fortissima caratterizzazione, saranno utilizzate in day use, o per pernottamenti di 1 o 2 giorni, ognuna dovrà avere almeno un bagno e un letto matrimoniale.
Abbiamo immaginato un luogo dove i nostri clienti potranno scegliere il tema della loro suite, e avere una esperienza esclusiva manifestando i loro vizi, le loro trasgressioni, il proprio singolare divertimento, alcune nostre idee sono:
• Suite voyeur …… dove potersi filmare, fotografare ecc. ecc.
• Suite dungeon in tema BDSM dove potersi far punire …….
• Suite kamasutra dove poter esercitare un percorso di giochi
• Suite burlesque dove ci si può esibire su un palco, fare pole dance ecc.
• Suite giochi di ruolo, dove potersi travestire ecc. ecc.
• Suite Love
Dal punto di vista tecnico ci tengo a puntualizzare che la struttura verrà abbattuta e ricostruita dalle fondamenta, quindi gli unici vincoli architettonici sono la sagoma e le dimensioni.
La struttura prevede:
• piano sotto strada che sarà destinato a garage
• piano terra che dovrebbe essere destinato a reception, hall, e due suite
• piano primo che avrà quattro suite
• piano secondo che avrà una suite

Dear designers, I have decided to transform this building into a small hotel business.
The concept involves the construction of 7 suites, with very strong characterization, will be used in day use, or for overnight stays of 1 or 2 days, each must have at least one bathroom and a double bed.
We have imagined a place where our customers can choose the theme of their suite, and have an exclusive experience showing their vices, their transgressions, their own unique fun, some of our ideas are:
• Voyeur suite …… where you can film, photograph, etc. etc.
• BDSM themed dungeon suite where you can get punished …….
• Kamasutra suite where you can practice a path of games
• Burlesque suite where you can perform on stage, pole dance etc.
• Role-playing suite, where you can dress up etc. etc.
• Love Suite
From a technical point of view, I would like to point out that the structure will be demolished and rebuilt from the foundations, so the only architectural constraints are the shape and size.
The structure provides:
• floor below the street which will be used as a garage
• ground floor which should be used as a reception, hall and two suites
• first floor which will have four suites
• second floor which will have a suite
