The project involves the reorganization of space in a functional and efficient form.

AISLE
The width of 155cm was reinterpreted by putting a fixed cabinets (60cm deep) alternating shelves, dedicated to libraries or objects, like the customer needs. The false ceiling was maintained in such a way as to maximize the height of the cabinets. On the left side of the corridor are the place of glass blocks that were made opaque and exploited as housing for paintings. The corridor is interpreted as a long blue box in which you put the white elements of the cupboards.
KITCHEN \ DINING ROOM
The kitchen has been moved to the dining room corner, bordered by a small wall that hides it and does not make the heart of the room, as requested by the customer; It is framed at the top by a lowering of the ceiling in which are placed the lights.
The dining room, despite the introduction of the kitchen is large and viable. In the plan it has received a table for 8 people to demonstrate that space can be used well with a large number of guests. The large opening that makes communicating with the living was decentralized so that you can identify a well-defined for the table and the activities to be carried out that it entails. Two sliding panels of wood and glass, recalling the oriental design, act as a filter between the two environments.
LIVING ROOM
The ceiling has been lowered with a central solution that highlights the heart of the room. The sofa and armchair are arranged to be centered around the fireplace, a key element of the room. Next to the sliding doors is placed a mobile / library that draws the square geometry of windows, decorated with occasional panels with which you can create color combinations, and becomes the background of the entire room. The desk area is placed directly under the window, the brightest part of the room, allowing the activities of reading and writing in an optimal manner.
CHILD ROOM
The bed is placed on the wall communicating with the living area in order to capture most of the heat coming from the fire place. A set of shelves and racks furnishes and enriches the room.


The hallway leading to the bedrooms was slightly narrow, to give more space to the rooms and bathrooms.

GUEST ROOM
Located in the old kitchen provides all the supply of furniture for a bedroom. Single bed, bedside table, bookcase, desk, chair and wardrobe. The ceiling has been lowered on the cabinet and on the access to bath (toilet and sink as required, with mechanical ventilation) to obtain space for storing items.

BATHROOM PATRON
It is featuring natural lighting and shower located adjacent to the guest bathroom

DOUBLE BEDROOM
In it is added the walk-in closet as required, the private bathroom and the space for the usability of the room is a convenient and optimal.

Il progetto prevede la riorganizzazione degli spazi in modo funzionale ed efficiente.
CORRIDOIO
La larghezza di 155cm è stata reinterpretata inserendo un' armadiatura fissa (60cm di profondità) che alterna mensole, dedicate a librerie o ad oggettistica, ad armadi veri e propri, vista la necessità espressa dal cliente di avere storage places. Il controsoffitto è stato mantenuto in modo tale da sfruttare al massimo l’altezza delle armadiature. Sul lato sinistro del corridoio sono presenti delle specchiature di vetrocemento che sono state rese opache e sfruttate come alloggiamento per i quadri. Il corridoio viene interpretato come una lunga scatola blu nel quale si inseriscono gli elementi bianchi delle armadiature.
CUCINA\SALA DA PRANZO
La cucina è stata spostata nella sala da pranzo in angolo, delimitata da una piccola parete che la nasconde e non la rende il cuore della stanza, come richiesto dal cliente; è inquadrata superiormente da un abbassamento del soffitto nel quale sono poste le luci.
La sala da pranzo, nonostante l’introduzione della cucina, risulta ampia e praticabile. In planimetria è stato inserito un tavolo da 8 persone per dimostrare che lo spazio può essere sfruttato bene anche con un numero considerevole di ospiti. La grande apertura che la rende comunicante con il soggiorno è stata decentrata in modo da poter individuare uno spazio ben definito per il tavolo e le attività da svolgere che esso comporta. Due pannelli scorrevoli in legno e vetro, che richiamano il design orientale, fanno da filtro tra i due ambienti.
LIVING ROOM
Il soffitto è stato abbassato con una soluzione centrale che evidenzia il cuore della stanza. I divani e la poltrona sono disposti in modo da avere come fulcro il camino, elemento fondamentale della stanza. Accanto alle porte scorrevoli è inserito un mobile/libreria che richiama la geometria quadrata delle vetrate, decorato con pannelli occasionali con i quali si possono creare giochi di colore, e diventa la quinta scenica di tutta la stanza. La zona studio è stata collocata direttamente sotto la finestra, la parte più luminosa della stanza, permettendo così lo svolgimento delle attività di lettura e scrittura in maniera ottimale.
STANZETTA
Il letto è posto sulla parete comunicante con la zona living in modo da captare maggiormente il calore proveniente dal camino. Una serie di mensole e scaffalature arreda e arricchisce la stanza.


Anche il corridoio che porta alle camere da letto è stato leggermente stretto, per dar più spazio alle stanze e ai bagni.

STANZA OSPITI
Posizionata nella vecchia cucina prevede tutta la fornitura di arredi per una stanza da letto. Letto singolo, comodino, libreria, scrivania, poltroncina e armadio. Il soffitto è stato abbassato in corrispondenza dell’armadio e dell’accesso al bagnetto (wc e lavandino come richiesto, con areazione meccanica) per ricavare degli spazi per riporre oggetti.

BAGNO PATRONALE
Dotato di illuminazione naturale e doccia ricavata in adiacenza al bagno degli ospiti

CAMERA DA LETTO MATRIMONIALE
E’ stata aggiunta la cabina armadio come richiesto mantenendo il bagno in camera e gli spazi necessari per la fruibilità della stanza in maniera comoda e ottimale.
