Description

At present the entrance corridor is essentially the central pivot of the apartment. Too large subtracts much space and gives too much emphasis to the kitchen, its visual achievement.
The space organization is dysfunctional, chaotic, with a difficulty to separate those of sociality from the most intimate to the family.
The essential idea of the project is to eliminate the current corridor turning it into an equipped axis, a column of services (entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and closet) that are anchored much of the other spaces.
The living area is now very large, spacious and cozy, with several distinct but related functional areas (relax / reading room, conversation / TV).
Technical spaces, as cooking area, are essential, well-structured and defiladed.
All the sleeping area, with intimate spaces of the family, is separated from the living area ensuring privacy and intimacy.
I hope this get close to what you’ve been dreaming.
