Description

We present 3 different proposals so you can have different perspectives on how to arrange the space.
Proposal 1 (P1) is based on a platform towards the entrance, being able to concentrate the service areas in a single space and leaving the social area with a prominent double height.
Proposal 2 (P2) takes advantage of the spatial continuity given by the space to locate the bathroom; this gives way to a resting space. The location of the kitchen and the platform are at the other end, using all possible space for storage.
Proposal 3 (P3) is a variation of P1 using as a base the location of the bathroom and kitchen to take advantage of the residual space above the bathroom as a study/office area. For the bedroom, a much lower platform is used for the bed, allowing it to be connected to the rest of the loft.

Our key decision is based on leaving the bathroom always close to the original location so we don't have to move so many pipes.

Disclaimer: Our submission has a specific reading order identified by the number of sheets, that is why some categories of the contest do not have the stipulated content.
