In this design, I have tried to make the most changes at the lowest cost.
To avoid plumbing costs and due to the health of the spaces and the appropriateness of the spaces, I have not made any changes in the location of the kitchen and bathrooms and I have only designed the interior of them.
First floor:
As you requested, there is a dining area in the kitchen, as well as a laundry and storage room with an opening in the kitchen.
In the living area, a space for sitting and talking is also designed.
Two steps are designed to access the basement and the second floor. On the stairs that have access to the second floor, the design is such that by climbing the four stairs, the window can be accessed and also seen outside the house.
The space under the stairs has also been used to place the TV. A fireplace has also been designed under the stairs.
Basement access stairs are also located at the location you specified.
Second floor:
On the second floor, a work space has been designed, next to which there is a sofa with the ability to make a bed for sleeping.
The reason for designing the work space in this place is sufficient light and nobility to other spaces while working. Also, if you wish, you can use glass instead of metal and wooden shelters and close that space completely.
In the second floor bathroom, the shower is designed in a separate part and larger than the downstairs bathroom space.
The dressing room space is designed in the room and you can also use your current closets which are healthy.
There is also a wall for the bedroom for the TV.
Basement:
The basement is also designed for watching movies and you can put a projector there.
There are also two beds in the space under the stairs, one of which is sliding and horizontally under the stairs and the other is vertically and collapsible under the stairs, and when used, you can open them and in the case that You do not need to close them to make the space bigger.
You can also use the sofa bed.
A cupboard for furniture is also designed on this floor.
As your favorite, this design is modern and made of wood, metal and white brick.
