La realizzazione del progetto di restauro dell'appartamento ha lo scopo di creare un ambiente in cui ogni angolo della casa sarà utilizzato nel modo più efficiente possibile. Al piano terra dove si trova la cucina, verranno apportate minime modifiche, verrà posizionato un tavolo da pranzo per 5 persone che potrà essere esteso per ospitare amici e parenti a pranzo e cena. La porta del bagno sarà spostata per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio, il bagno avrà un lavabo e dall'altro lato sarà posizionato un mobile lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il bagno sarà dotato di wc, bidet, piccolo lavabo e doccia di ampia superficie. La zona giorno che subirà le maggiori modifiche sarà suddivisa in 3 differenti piani, ognuno con una propria funzione. Nel piano inferiore ci sarà l'area lounge per chiacchierare e guardare la tv, le scale che saranno una combinazione di ferro e legno saliranno al secondo piano che sarà uno spazio vicino alla finestra in modo che venga utilizzata molta luce naturale come spazio per leggere o rilassarsi. Salendo e un'altra rampa di scale raggiungerà il terzo piano l'invidia funzionerà come uno studio con una scrivania per lavorare al computer, ci sarà un piccolo spazio lounge che può servire per rilassarsi durante le ore di lavoro. I gradini delle scale saranno realizzati in vetro in modo da far entrare più luce possibile in ogni spazio della zona giorno. Una parete a destra dell'ingresso sarà tutta una grande libreria con profili metallici che comprenderà tutti e 3 i piani della zona giorno. Le scale saranno un'opera d'arte, le prime 2 scale saranno allungate per creare un porta tv. La seconda rampa delle scale saranno le sospensioni con gradini che escono dal muro. Il seminterrato avrà accesso da una comoda scala e sarà uno spazio di raccolta con portabottiglie e una zona lounge per ritrovarsi con gli amici davanti alla TV. I divani al piano seminterrato, al piano terra e al piano rialzato del monolocale possono essere trasformati in letti per 1 o 2 persone in modo da avere ampio spazio per l'attesa del pernottamento di bambini e amici. La camera da letto avrà accesso allo spazio studio. Ci sarà un armadio con armadi su entrambi i lati in modo da avere un ampio spazio di archiviazione. La stanza sarà ampia con letti matrimoniali, un divano di fronte alla TV, tavolo da trucco. La camera avrà un bagno personale con wc bidet, vanità e una grande doccia. Climbing and another stair ramp will reach the third plan envy will function as a studio with a desk to work on the computer, there will be a small lounge space which can serve to relax during the hours of work.
