we've been working on your new apartment's design.
As you can see on the floorplan, we suggest some little changes on the distribution walls in order to improve the utilization of the space.
The main changes are on the kids bedrooms. We think that it's important to have the possibility to separate both spaces but also be able to keep them connected so there's a sliding door that can be always open but in case of need we create two separate rooms. Also, there are now separate doors to create diferent access to each bedroom. When they grow, both kids bedrooms are designed to be able to place a double bed.
In the kids bathroom there's now a little separated space for a laundry.
The master bedroom is bigger and the built-in-closet has two sliding doors so it can be always open an incorporate this space into the bedroom.
Also in the parents in law apartment we decided to create two double bedrooms improving the way the wardrobes were placed.
