The mail. challenge in designing this plan is the layout of the living space, taking into account the fireplace and TV wall. based on this, I offer 3 different option for layout of the living space;
Alt 01-
The TV has been moved to the center of the wall and the fireplace has been moved to a corner (given that the ethanol fireplace does not require a chimney and it is possible to move the fireplace)
Alt 02-
The TV and the fireplace are both located in the center of the wall. Obviously, in this plan, a safe distance between the TV and the fireplace must be observed. We also have temperature limits.
َAlt 03-
The TV and fireplace are on separate walls.
The dining space the same in Alt 01 & Alt 02 . But in Alt 03, due to the location of the furniture in the center of the space and the need for more space, the console behind the dining room is removed. And the design of this part is limited to the frames on the wall and wall lights.
The design of the bathroom is the same in all plans.
