Gentile Committente, la mia proposta prevede la riorganizzazione di alcune partizioni, in funzione dei nuovi bagni.
Come da richiesta, ho eliminato il muro all'ingresso, per ottenere un soggiorno più spazioso e luminoso. La cucina è aperta direttamente sulla zona pranzo ma l'ho idealmente "separata" dal living tramite un tavolo a penisola ed un controsoffitto in cartongesso che ospita l'illuminazione a faretti. Per dare un tocco di pulizia visiva, ho suggerito di rivestire la cucina non con le classiche piastrelle, ma con una resina bianca, in modo da avere come unici colori, il bianco laccato ed i pannelli in legno più scuro. Anche l'arredamento del living riprende il bianco e il legno, in contrasto con il pavimento in grès chiaro effetto parquet.
Il disimpegno ospita due nicchie: la prima, più stretta, può essere sfruttata come guardaroba ed è chiusa con pannelli scorrevoli; la seconda, è una vera stanzetta adibita a ripostiglio/lavanderia.
Il bagno principale è quello con la finestra e la vasca, mentre il bagno secondario contiene i sanitari ed una doccia (io ho pensato che fosse comoda, in quanto non sempre magari si ha molto tempo per fare un bagno, quindi può essere utile). Il muro che divide i due servizi ha una finestra che consente la ventilazione e l'illuminazione naturale del bagno secondario: in questo modo, esso non sarà completamente cieco.
Per quanto riguarda le finiture, ho proposto pochi colori: ritengo che sia importante sfruttare la luminosità naturale della casa ed esaltarla, per questo ho scelto colori bianco e neutro, con qualche contrasto più scuro.
Gli arredi sono lineari e moderni.

Dear Customer, my proposal is for the reorganization of some partitions, according to the new bathrooms.
As requested, I've removed the wall at the entrance, to get a more spacious and bright living room. The kitchen opens directly onto the dining area but I ideally "separate" it from the living area by a breakfast table and a false ceiling that has the lighting spotlights. To give a touch of visual cleanliness, I suggested to coat the kitchen not with traditional tiles, but with a white resin, in order to have as unique colors, white lacquered and dark wood paneling. Even the decor of the living resumes the white and the wood, in contrast with the clear effect stoneware parquet floor.
The disengagement has two niches: the first, narrower, can be exploited as a wardrobe and is closed with sliding panels; the second is a real room used as a utility / laundry room.
The master bathroom is with window and bath, while the second bathroom contains services and a shower (I thought it was convenient, since it does not always even have much time to take a bath, so it can be useful). The wall that divides the two services has a window for ventilation and natural lighting of the secondary bath: in this way, it will not be completely blind.
For the finishes, I have proposed a few colors: I think it is important to exploit the natural brightness of the house and to exalt it and that is why I chose white and neutral colors, with some darker contrast.
The furnishings are linear and modern.
