Per realizzare un progetto funzionale è stata apportata una modifica del layout immaginato dal cliente.
Le richieste del cliente sono però tutte soddisfatte:
-cucina a vista con penisola sul soggiorno
-living di grandi dimensioni
-2 bagni
-2 camere da letto.
Il tavolo da pranzo andava a cozzare con la funzionalità della zona living, lo spazio prospicente l’ingresso era inutilizzato, un bagno cieco quando c’era, lì accanto, una finestra che dava luce al nulla.
Da qui l’espediente:
Bagno con finestra davanti all’ingresso, corridoio quadrato con tavolo da pranzo ed apertura nella parete adiacente alla cucina per rapportarsi con essa e far entrare luce.
La soluzione del tavolo da pranzo nel disimpegno rispetta le norme edilizie ed igienico sanitarie del comune di Roma.
Cucina con la parte delle colonne frigorifero e forni sulla parete adiacente alla camera da letto del figlio, una parte in linea senza pensili che corre sulla parete ortogonale; qua la cucina avrà due possibilità, una penisola con i fuochi e cappa, oppure una soluzione più economica con solo un piccola zona pranzo.
Gli spazi sono stati studiati per funzionare e non sprecare nessun centimetro.
Per la pavimentazione parquet in rovere per il Living, resina lucida bianca per la cucina, corridoio e i bagni.
Controsoffittatura sulla zona cucina, ingresso e corridoio per permettere l’alloggio degli impianti di aria condizionata e dei faretti ad incasso.
Il bagno davanti all’ingresso presenta una doccia con una tenda che funge, quando non si usa la doccia, per coprire la lavatrice.
Colori bianco contemporaneo, come richiesto dal cliente.
Arredi Ikea, Maison du Monde, Lube per la cucina e per la parete attrezzata.

Kitchen with the part of the refrigerator and columns on the wall adjacent to the room of the child bed, a part without hanging line that runs on the orthogonal wall; here the kitchen will have two options, a peninsula with hob and hood, or a more economical solution with just a small dining area.
The spaces have been designed to work and not wasting any centimeter.
For parquet flooring in oak for the Living, glossy white resin for the kitchen, hallway and bathrooms.
False ceiling on the kitchen area, entrance and corridor to allow the accommodation of air conditioning systems and recessed spotlights.
The bathroom at the entrance has a shower with a curtain that acts, when not using the shower, to cover the washing machine.
