I have completed your project within two days and be able to change anything in the best possible manner as per revision of the floor plan and furniture placements. I have provided the center table and sofa for at least six to seven people sit easily for gathering and small party.
The Next thing I am concentrated about the sitting space nearby the window for looking outside views and A piano is placed also there.
As your suggestion the floor tile will remain same as it is.
Nearby the fireplace, I have placed a small coffee table and two chairs for cozzy time spent in the cold seasons. Wall lights are also arranged there to describe the proposed views.
