Hi, Please find the attached design proposal for living space makeover.
Key Points:
1. The idea is to create a functional living room while ensuring there's a clear demarcation of space for each activity with a open plan. Entrance Foyer accentuated with artworks, console table, wall finished in geometric pattern wallpaper.
2. Living, Kitchen and dining : Space has been opened up replacing the existing kitchen wall with foldable glass door.
3. Living area is zoned towards the balcony with sofa and tv unit and accent wall with wallpaper in teal tone.
4. Behind the living the existing zone of kitchen has been retained for the ease of plumbing lines, but the space is reorganized into a L- shape kitchen accommodating island counter and the existing 2.1 ht. cabinet (modified to white tone to match the proposed interior), a combination of open and closed kitchen has been provided for better storage. The kitchen space is further accentuated by drop lights over the island counter, strip lights inside the shelves with sea green tone 3d backsplash tile.
5. The other end of the living space accommodates dining area (table for 4 ) with existing refurbished flap cabinet, the central is provided with artwork for aesthetics.
6. A part of the existing closet has been altered to accommodate work space with wall shelving and work desk.
7. The over all space is further enhanced by using indoor plants.
8. The Intent is to create a modern vibrant open living space. The overall white tone highlights the colors and texture of every element thus making the aesthetically pleasing.
