This project attempts to implement at most Your requirements, which is renewal of your living/dining room for a better use of space.
The main concept of the project is the division of the space. A new modern and elegant piece of furniture acts as a new divider of the living and dining room while keeping current line of sights and adding warmth to the room. Space has been maximized for comfort, storage and utility for a growing family.
The division of space was created to maximize functionality. This is key for enlarging your living room space. With the new layout and a large sectional sofa combined with a one-seat section of the same set, it will allow more seating than currently. In addition, a large bold
pattern rug with 2 matching coffee tables, one has had its legs cut 10 cm shorter to achieve a unique overlapping look. Add some colorful throw pillows and a soft glowing light which will give your home a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Keeping the open layout feel but also defining the dining and living room space is the job of the new custom cabinet. Adding additional table top space and large amounts of storage, it will also host the mounted wooden slats that will create the division. Brighter color wood is suggested to keep the room light. White chairs with a very unique look will complement the color of the new cabinet and the current lamp shades. For more comfortable seating and color splash you can throw some chair cushions as well.
By moving the TV over the fireplace, we centralize the focal point of the living room. This allows for the creating of a build-in library with storage. The best thing about having a custom made furniture is that it is made to fit your needs, exactly why my design includes
special places for your speakers. For even more storage a sofa table has been added left of the door. A splash of art on the walls will make the space more inviting and the fiber stools are a great way to add additional seating with a great look.
