This is the second floor in a private house.
Attached are some sketches we received as suggestions for redesign (option1 and option2), autocad file of the contour; sketches of the house when it was built (1980) and when it was renovated (1990).

The attached pics are of the first floor of the house and the yard just to give a feel (I do not have good pics of the rooms but the video shows them)
Regarding the floor plans attached:
The house was built in 1980 and renovated in 1990 or so (so I have added sketches of each of these periods).
The second floor had a porch that was closed and added to the rooms.
This results in kind of a strange contour of the house.
We will probably be able to remove the T beams and move all of the walls but we are not sure yet.
(files option1 and option2 are suggestions that keep the current location of concrete beams if these cannot be moved)
We need to redivide the rooms and re-distributed the bathrooms.
The floor would house 3 kids rooms and a master bedroom for the parents.
We do not want to waste space on a walk-in closets and can use regular closets.
We would like 3 bathrooms (1 with a full bath and 2 with showers).
The master bedroom and one of the kids rooms should have the bathroom as an en-suite and the third bathroom would be used by the two additional kids-rooms.
Please note, the location of the bathrooms is quite fixed because of sewage drainage at the back of the house.
It would be good if we could have a large space at the end of the stairs maybe with closets of a TV corner so that coming up from the stairs won’t feel blocked.
In general we like use of simple natural material.
Wood floors, light colors, a lot of light.
Provance style is nice.
