I’m a single 29 years old male looking for ideas on how to decorate my new living room. The living room is pretty open and connects to the kitchen and has a nice little nook that I was thinking of adding a bar cabinet to (although any other ideas are more than welcome!). I have some furniture already and ideally I’d like to keep as much of it as possible but would be willing to purchase new items. I’m looking to make this as modern as possible and make it a great spot for relaxing and entertaining friends/dates, I just don’t have a great touch when it comes to decorating! Also, I would prefer to replace the carpet with wood flooring if possible.
