Main improvement, I want to point you, is to take a look at sototteto,
where you can have 3 independent rooms with baths and its own
terrace.
Main area is perhaps some kind of wine restaurant, as I truly believe
that drinking wine, alone, without food is bad manner. Wine, actually
always was following the food, it has never been drinking alone.
And for red wine, I suggest, fat sheep cheese, olives, green spices, and
either fat mackerel or some pork meat, while for white wine I would go
with light cheese and/or fruits or some cakes.
