The main director for this project was my intention to create a real, space-aware living area according to the needs of the client for reusing this somehow neglected space. For this, maximizing every inch was key to developing a fully packed bedroom floor, while avoiding the look of constraint that redesigning an attic can often have, and instead taking the limitations to create a unique, full of light story that seamlessly joins the rest of the house as if it had always been there.
(Side note: one option includes a bathtub, as should be possible since the Bathroom is resting on the bearing wall).
