La soluzione presentata consiste in un refitting dell’intero appartamento così da risultare più luminoso e voluminoso. In particolare a partire dall’ingresso sono stati inseriti nuovi spazi che contengono grandi armadi a tutta altezza; da qui si accede al living che si compone di un grande divano con retrostante libreria e zona smartworking e della sala da pranzo con tavolo allungabile; inoltre qui un mobilie bifacciale molto lineare separa dalla vista le porte delle camere da letto. La cucina è ora più integrata al living e senza interventi costosi tutto l’intero ambiente risulta molto più luminoso con al centro un elegante elemento monolitico con parteti rivestite che contiene la parte impiantistica. La camera piccola viene arredata in modo da contenere quanto richiesto; mentre la camera grande sempre in stile con la casa ospita il letto matrimoniale, un grande armadio e quanto necessario. Il bagno viene poco modificato per non eccedere nei costi e dispone ora di un grande mobile lavabo e di una doccia convertibile in vasca. Nell’area living dei giochi di volumi al soffitto valorizzano l’ambiente e identificano gli ambienti principali che potranno essere ben illuminati anche da luci ad incasso.

The solution presented consists of a refit of the entire apartment so as to make it brighter and more voluminous. In particular, starting from the entrance, new spaces have been inserted they contain large full-height wardrobes; from here you access the living room which is made up of a large sofa with a bookcase and smart working area behind it and the dining room with an extendable table; furthermore, here a very linear double-sided furniture separates the bedroom doors from view. The kitchen is now more integrated into the living room and without expensive interventions the entire room is much brighter with an elegant monolithic element in the center with covered walls that contains the plant part. The small bedroom is furnished so as to contain what is required; while the large bedroom, always in style with the house, houses the double bed, a large wardrobe and everything necessary. The bathroom is barely modified so as not to exceed costs and now has a large sink unit and a shower convertible into a bathtub. In the living area, the play of volumes on the ceiling enhance the environment and identify the main rooms that can also be well lit by recessed lights.
