Description

The project aims to make the house brighter and more airy as well as more functional, making it appear larger while minimizing the masonry work.
Intervention points:

The corridor is characterized by a full-height wardrobe placed in front of the door, on the left side comfortable shelves for everyday objects, the entrance to the living room is through a glass door which ensures that the corridor is illuminated with natural light, wall lighting is added to accentuate the brightness.

Bathroom: the intervention aims to create a more functional bathroom complete with all furnishings and with a larger piece of furniture. By demolishing the small wall it is possible to have the furniture distributed on the left wall so as to make movement easier and more comfortable.

The living room: an oasis-like entrance is proposed, with the insertion of a usable sofa thus creating a reading space, we want to recreate a small oasis with various plants of different heights that aesthetically define the atmosphere.

Kitchen: if possible, the electric heater and washing machine will be moved, so as to have a larger access passage which can bring more light into the living room and entrance corridor. If not, we proposed a second option layout. The kitchen will have the existing table which gives the opportunity to admire the view even in the company of friends. For a house of this size, only one table was hypothesized but overlooking the outside.

In many walls, as per the drawing, there are sound-absorbing acoustic panels and in some houses an entire plasterboard wall to soundly delimit the neighbor's home, as well as sound-absorbing curtains that can help acoustic well-being.
