This project focuses on the renovation of an apartment, aiming to optimize the spatial layout with minimal intervention. The existing kitchen layout was maintained and complemented by the integration of a functional bar, enhancing the flow of the space. The bathroom was expanded to improve comfort, and the washing machine and heater were relocated to this area, allowing the kitchen to maintain a clean, uncluttered design.

To improve the aesthetics, drywall enclosures were proposed to conceal heating pipes, creating a more orderly and visually appealing environment. Additionally, corners were softened to create smoother transitions between different areas of the apartment, giving the space a more continuous and harmonious feel.

The selected furniture is simple yet functional, enhancing the apartment’s natural attributes while adapting to the residents' needs. This design seeks to balance functionality and aesthetics, offering a modern and welcoming home.
