The main goal is to design a fresh and attractive apartment, for young people, travelers, short-term visitors or students.
We wanted to create a playful and stimulating environment, inspired by the color palette of the area combined with the minimal contemporary forms. The proposal included minimum structural interventions, using low-cost furniture, lighting and equipment, due to the limited budget constrains.
Its room is designed based on its own color palette. We took advantage of the high ceilings, creating an horizontal dividing level within the rooms. The upper part offers light and brightness in the interiors. At the same time the lower colored part, creates a unique, warm and rather inviting environment. Aiming for the further commercial upgrade of this investment, we focused on designing unique “photogenic” corners.
