The
external structure has been modified as less as possible, in fact the original
windows have been maintained, the same or enlarged; same new windows have been
added. The main door is in the same place that you indicated because it is
comfortable in front of the street and near the garage. The stairs are in the middle of the house so
you can go easily to every rooms. From the kitchen you can go out so that in
summer you can have dinner in the terrace behind the house. The kitchen is very
big and you can put the furniture where
you prefer. In the new space to be built there is the bathroom so that the
children and the living room are bigger.
On the first floor the three big bedrooms face East and West , while the play space
for kids could become an open space to
be used in different ways. The bathroom and the bedroom coincided with the second
floor in order to make the cost cheaper. I didn’t know if the new space to be
built was also on the first floor and on the second floor so I created two
possibilities. They are not very different from each other.
The renders show the most important part of the house. I tried to insert your
favourite colours and I indicated some furniture which I think it is the best
solution.
