Letto e Latte Roma is a thoughtfully renovated small guest house on the 8th floor of a condominium in Rome, designed for comfort, quiet and efficient stays. The project upgrades rooms and bathrooms, improves acoustic and thermal performance, and adds smart, owner‑controlled systems for local self check‑in, lighting and HVAC, while keeping durable, low‑maintenance finishes and wired connectivity for business travellers. The result is a calm, minimal and practical B&B that feels local, reliable and welcoming.
