Description

Dear Client

We have come up with a nice, modern house type for your new touristic community. It is a modern type of bungallow, with an interior composed of a living/dining/kitchen space and two bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms (one of these bathrooms can be rearranged to not be en suite, it would have a door that opens to the common living space). The surface is around 60sqm, but it has all it needs for a family of 4 (the bedrooms can host a double bed, even two single beds if properly arrange). The facade is painted white, with modern wood panels on distinctive points, to break the monotony and add some style. The space is very light, with many windows on all sides. The roof has two pitches, but they are placed one above the other, as to allow for a strip of windows between them, this means that both bedrooms will have light from the east and south. this light falls on the walls, slightly above the bed, so it will help with waking up in the morning, but wont bother too much. The roof can be either a modern metallic grey or a classic terracota red, we went with the metallic as it is more modern and appealing, due to the directions these houses face, mainly east - southeast, there is room for solar panels and solar powered lights.
Since the area is in a very elongated shape the houses are in rows of two, but this can be made more dense where needed, we arranged the houses in such a way, that two of them can be used for one family (6-8 persons). Between two houses is a common garden that can have a fence between the houses if needed.
The landscaping is done according to location and its climate. Namely, the grounds are currently full of palms and larger trees that we advise you keep wherever possible. Since the house organization is rasterized, the gardening is done accordingly. Two houses share a common yard, with a possible small fence separating them. This way two houses can form a common unit for larger families. Due to the shape of the land, rows of 2 houses are separated by a mixed tree grove. The scaping around houses is around 50-100 sqm, so there is not much space. We planned sorts such as Bougainvillea on the house walls(it is a climbing plant) and petunias of various colours, along with smaller patches of palms (palmetto) and possibly small lemon trees in some areas of the common garden.

We hope you like our project
